Many have been created by world famous mixologists. Here are just a few:
Bourbon Tea
Combine ingredients in shaker and pour over ice.
1 1/2 oz./45ml bourbon whiskey
1/2 oz./30ml limoncello
4 oz./120ml East Iced Tea
Garnish: lemon wheel or wedge
Georgia Spiced Tea
Shake ingredients together and pour over crushed ice.
1 peach chopped
Juice of 1 lemon/lime
10 mint leaves
3 oz./90ml Wild Turkey American Honey
East Iced Tea to fill
Splash of ginger beer
Ice/crushed ice
Slices of peach and mint springs to garnish
Pomegranate Tea
Ice cubes to fill glass, add ingredients, stir.
2 oz./120ml Pomegranate liqueur
1 oz./60ml vodka
East Iced tea to fill
Fresh mint for garnish
Sweet Tea Mojito
Muddle mint and lemon in base of glass and then add ice and other ingredients.
1 lemon (get a Meyer lemon, if you can find one)
1/2oz./30ml Sugar syrup
10-12 fresh mint leaves
4oz/120ml vodka
2oz./60ml East Iced Tea
1 cup fresh lemonade
